Found Around Town: Leaf Imprints

We found these beautiful leaf prints from leaves that had dropped on freshly poured concrete and then eventually deteriorated. Aren't they just beautiful?

Tea Date!

Isn't this little piece so cute? I found it in one of the shops we visited when we had tea. It's just a bookcase on top of an "IKEA-esque" table with particle board nailed to the front and back legs, that had been jigsaw cut into a really cute shape. Adorable!

Tea with my little princess. She's smiling even though she wasn't really feeling well. Such a sweet girl I'm blessed with.

This little tea room has the most amazing homemade scones, and delicious tea.

Cutie Pie! I love this kid! She's so much fun.

I think she looks so cute with her tiny teacup and little side pony tail.

Make Up Contouring

Today I decided to try some of the make up contouring I've been seeing all over Pinterest.com lately. It really does work! I've been feeling like something of a "frump muffin" (a new phrase to describe frumpiness (<-----Is that even a word?) that my oldest daughter coined) and I decided that I was going to do my make up in a more dramatic way and break out my cutest heeled boots today. I think my mission was successful. Sometimes, it feels good to dress up even when you don't have anything special planned. I just feel more in charge today.
