I am new to this blog thing so hopefully they will be getting better. Especially when I start posting pictures. Bellevalia Designs is my new company that I'm starting to help others stage their homes for sale. I will also be doing home decorating, and party decorating, but my main focus is to help people get their homes SOLD. I have long had a knack for home decorating and organizing, but I decided to start this company when I was able to sell my own home within 2 weeks. That might not sound that amazing until you realize that it was in the middle of a recession, and there were 2 houses on the same street with almost the exact same floor plan, and they were cheaper! Plus there was another home on my SAME street that was bigger, and was selling for only a little more than I was asking. Some of those other houses had been on the market for a couple of months, and were still on the market when I moved out! I realized then, that home staging can make a huge difference in how quickly and for how much your home sells for. People's perception of your home greatly affects how well it will sell. I sold my home quickly because I made it easy for others to picture themselves in it, and I want to help others do the same.
